Do you make everything to order?

Yes. Every Proud Baby item is printed on demand through our production partner. This ensures high quality, reduces waste, and allows us to offer designs for every branch of the military.


How long will my order take to ship?

Most orders are printed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery usually takes an additional 3–7 days, depending on location.
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.


Do you support a military charity?

Yes — a portion of every purchase supports OATH (Operation Aid The Homefront), helping provide essential assistance to military families across the United States.


Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each item is custom printed when ordered, we cannot accept returns for size or preference.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.

Do you offer custom designs?

Not yet, but we plan to introduce customization options for specific branches and roles in the future. Stay tuned!


Do you ship to military bases?

Yes — Proud Baby USA ships to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
