All Proud Baby USA items are made to order. This ensures high quality and minimizes waste while allowing us to offer designs for every branch of the military.

Production Time:
Most items are printed and prepared for shipping within 2–5 business days.

Delivery Time:
Standard delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping to Military Bases:
Yes — we proudly ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is custom printed for your order, we cannot accept returns due to size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

However, if your item arrives:

• damaged

• misprinted

• defective

• or incorrect

—we will replace it at no cost to you.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at team@proudbabyusa.com, and include your order number along with a photo of the issue. We’ll take care of it right away.
